Apparel
Tees, boardshorts, and the RucaLiwa sun-shirt in four colours. Printed small, restocked when it runs out.
Conceptstore & Gallery
Part shop, part gallery, part room where somebody is always shaping something. Apparel and beach essentials, ceramics fired in Zambales, decks on the wall, and matcha in a bowl rather than a cup.
The studio at the back of the lot
Open daily, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
On the shelves
Everything is stocked in small runs, mostly from people we know. If something has gone, it has gone — it will probably come back in a different colour.
Tees, boardshorts, and the RucaLiwa sun-shirt in four colours. Printed small, restocked when it runs out.
Zinc, wax, leashes, dry bags, and the reef-safe sunscreen we stopped apologising for the price of.
Bowls, cups, and ash-glazed plates from a kiln two towns over. Wild Cub eats off the seconds.
Skate decks on the wall, a small rack of second-hand surfboards, and a shaper who will look at yours.
Whisked to order, in a bowl. Iced with oat milk if it is that kind of afternoon.
A new hang every few weeks — photography, prints, and whoever is staying long enough to put work up.
The gallery wall
Photography, prints, ceramics, and whatever the person staying in the Standard Room for three weeks has been making. There is no application and no commission — if the wall is free and the work is good, it goes up.
Openings happen on a Friday, before the fire is lit, and everyone staying that night is already invited.
The counter
Whisked to order, sat in one of ours, and drunk on the step outside while you decide about the shirt. Iced with oat milk when the afternoon calls for it, which in Zambales is most afternoons.
Open daily, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
